The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS)is a part of the Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH). OEH is offering an opportunity to licence the current cross country retail facilities at the NPWS building on Kosciuszko Road, Perisher Valley, within Kosciuszko National Park. The initial term is 1 June 2016 to 31 October 2016 with 2 further options being offered.
The premises are situated within the NPWS Perisher building. The internal lease area is 36 m2. A floor plan is included at Attachment 2. The building is in a central location and is used for a public day use shelter, public toilets, NPWS offices and workshops. The premises are offered in their current condition. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of the building and services for offer in this Expression of Interest.
