Tender Details

The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease/licence/ manage Jenkins Hall and Lane Cove Boatshed within Lane Cove National Park. An initial 5 year term with a 5 year option is being offered. The internal lease area is approximately 113.8 m2 for Jenkins Hall and 450 m2 for the Lane Cove Boatshed. The premises are offered in their current condition. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of buildings, services and facilities of the premises.

Jenkins Hall and the Boatshed are both located in close proximity to the Lane Cove River Weir, on opposite sides of the Lane Cove River, within Lane Cove National Park. The Boatshed is accessed from Riverside Drive, North Ryde and Jenkins Hall is accessed from Lady Game Drive, Chatswood.  The two premises are approximately 700m walk apart. (Figure 1).

The site is 13.5 kilometres north of Sydney CBD, 3.5 kilometres from Chatswood CBD and train station and 2.5 km from North Ryde train station.

Additional Details / Instructions

In order to submit a conforming EoI respondents MUST undertake an inspection of the premises.

An inspection of the premises will be available on Thursday 5 May. Jenkins Hall will be open between 9.30am and 10.30am and the Boatshed will be open between 11am and 12pm. All other inspections are strictly by appointment only.
