Tender Details

The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease/licence/ manage two cottages within Lane Cove National Park. An initial five year term with a five year option is being offered. The cottages are offered in their current condition. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of the buildings, services and facilities.

Schwartz Cottage and 11 River Ave are located within the boundary of Lane Cove National Park (Figures 1 and 2).

The cottages are 11 kilometres north of Sydney, and 3.4 kilometres from Chatswood CBD. Schwartz Cottage is approximately 800 metres upstream of Jenkins Hall / the weir and 11 River Ave is approximately 500 metres downstream from the Lane Cove Boatshed/ the weir. The cottages are located approximately 2.5 kilometres from the Lane Cove River Tourist Park.

Additional Details / Instructions

In order to submit a conforming EoI respondents MUST undertake an inspection of the premises.

An inspection of the premises will be available on Thursday 5 May 2016. Schwartz Cottage will be open between 1pm and 2pm, 11 River Avenue will be open between 2.30pm and 3.30pm. All other inspections are strictly by appointment only.
