Tender Details

The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations to maximise the opportunities and return on this public asset.

OEH aims to deliver exceptional experiences to visitors to our national parks through the provision of quality facilities and services that provide safe, enjoyable and inspiring associations with our natural and cultural environment.

The further development, management and operation of the tourist park through this EOI aims to elicit innovative and compatible proposals which provide:

high quality and well-managed short stay accommodation in this unique location
socially and culturally enriching experiences
environmentally and economically sustainable outcomes.
