Tender Details
The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) are required to control wild dogs to meet its legislative and other management responsibilities. Strategic and reactive management of wild dogs is a critical priority and is guided by the Regional Operations Plan, Branch Pest Management Strategy and local wild dog management plans, with the primary aim being to minimise the impact wild dogs have on neighbouring livestock enterprises.
South Coast Branch (SCB) and Southern Ranges Branch (SRB) are significant stakeholders in several wild dog management plans in the south east. In order for both branches to manage wild dogs, control works need to occur concurrently in various locations and be able to be implemented within short timeframes that are dictated by the occurrence of stock attacks and other wild dog activity.
