Track Construction 2012-2013, Thredbo Valley Track, Kosciuszko National Park
NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake construction works on the Thredbo Valley Track (TVT) in Kosciuszko National Park (KNP). The TVT is a 1.5m wide, easy grade, shared-use trail that runs adjacent to the Thredbo River. It is primarily a compacted, bar earth trail. It will eventually link Thredbo Village and Lake Crackenback Resort at Bullock Flat.

Construction of Stage 1 of the Bicentennial National Trail Kosciuszko National Park
The Bicentennial National Trail (BNT) is a multi-use trail stretching from Queensland to Victoria. Formerly called the National Horse Trail, the BNT is now intended for horse riding, cycling and walking. The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) plan to realign the section of trail between Geehi Picnic and Camping Area (PCA) and Tom Groggin PCA within Upper Murray Area, Kosciuszko National Park. It is expected that this project will be carried out in stages over approximately two financial years. This contract is for the works in 2012/2013 only – Stage 1. It is part of a suite of trail construction works that will take place in the Southern Ranges Region over the next few years.
