The main objectives of the Project are:
Upgrade the existing building so that it can be occupied as a hotel style accommodation building. Generate an atmosphere that is conducive to, and enhances, the visitor experience to the Caves precinct and Kosciuszko National Park as a whole. Upgrade the building so that is meets current Australian Standards and the BCA. Maintain and enhance the existing heritage aspects of the building.
