Tender Details
The NSW Office of Environment & Heritage (OEH), Parks and Wildlife Group (PWG) is to undertake restoration and upgrade works to the Yarrangobilly Caves House Two Storey (1917 Wing) Building. The main objectives of the Project are to preserve and enhance the heritage aspects of the building whilst upgrading the building to meet current building standards so that the building can provide holiday rental style accommodation to visitors to the Precinct and Kosciuszko National Park.
