Tender Details
The Northern Basin Toolkit is a collection of projects, or 'toolkit measures', supporting a 70 GL reduction in water recovery targets in the northern Basin rivers under the Murray-Darling Basin Plan, agreed to by state and Australian Governments.
The toolkit will improve the ecological health of northern Basin rivers through environmental infrastructure works and measures identified in the Northern Basin Review.
Water Infrastructure NSW (WINSW) is conducting a market sounding process for the Northern Basin Toolkit program.
While not part of a formal procurement process, the market sounding will be conducted in a structured manner and will require registrants to respond to a questionnaire. WINSW may also invite selected registrants to attend a short interview.
Participation or non-participation in the market sounding will not advantage, disadvantage or preclude any appropriately skilled, experienced or qualified entity from participating in latter phases of the Northern Basin Toolkit program.
The market sounding process is intended to provide the market with visibility of an upcoming tender process and to seek feedback from the market.
WINSW is seeking market feedback on the Northern Basin Toolkit program, particularly the proposed packaging and contracting strategy. |
