Tender Details

The upgrading and refurbishment of the Safari Lodge at Taronga Zoo to a new role as a central visitor service facility will provide for the following functions: Parents room, Disabled toilet, First aid room, Storage / information booth, Public exhibition area.

The Scope of Works includes:

1. Earthwork, Foundations & Footings.

2. Building Framing and partitioning, internal walls and finishes.

3. Architectural cementitious toppings and honed concrete topping with a high degree of finish to flooring.

4. Boardwalk entry and Accessible ramp entry.

5. Building services

6. Paving

7. Landscaping
