GPNSW requires the services of a highly skilled mechanical contractor to upgrade the existing HVAC at the Government Office Building in Griffith.
The upgrade works include the following:
- Demolition of Existing Refrigeration plant
- Installation of new condenser unit / refrigeration plant
- Modifications to heating system
- Upgrades to Internal AHU Component
- Complete re-balance or air-distribution duct, VAV's and grilles
This is a re-tender of original RFT 15GP025.
