Tender Details

GPNSW requires the services of a highly skilled mechanical contractor to upgrade the existing HVAC at the Government Office Building in Griffith.

The upgrade works include the following:

Demolition of Existing Refrigeration plant
Installation of new condenser unit / refrigeration plant
Modifications to heating system
Upgrades to Internal AHU Component
Complete re-balance or air-distribution duct, VAV’s and grilles
