Additional Details / Instructions

Expressions of Interest were sought in February 2015 by the NSW Government for the provision of 23,000 m2 of A grade office space in one of three locations. An evaluation panel reviewed all proposals in line with the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement, and has determined that a more definitive boundary for all locations (referring to Annexure 1-Maps) is required to ensure a fair and transparent process occurs. As a result, the EOI is being re-issued with an updated version of Annexure 1 – Maps. All proponents that met the location requirements as part of the EOI in February 2015 are encouraged to re-submit and must note that a fresh submission is required for it to be formally recognised.

Conditions for Participation

Parties responding to this EOIv2 must either be the registered owners of the site, or have the registered owner’s approval to submit.
