Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

Experienced CMOs were invited to submit a proposal to deliver community based psychosocial supports, to operate in close partnership with clinical supports provided by NNSW LHD mental health services and other NSW Ministry of Health funded programs, such as HASI. Services will be delivered with a shared care approach under which psychosocial supports complement clinical care and combine to support recovery and the development and maintenance of independent living.
