Tender Details

HealthShare NSW, on behalf of Northern NSW Local Health District, invites tenders for their Mental Health Services Community Managed Organisation (CMO) Partnerships.

Experienced CMOs are being invited to submit a proposal to deliver community based psychosocial supports, to operate in close partnership with clinical supports provided by NNSWLHD mental health services and other NSW Ministry of Health funded programs, such as HASI. Services will be delivered with a shared care approach under which psychosocial supports complement clinical care and combine to support recovery and the development and maintenance of independent living.

Services provided under CMO Partnerships will:

• deliver an individualised and flexible service model with the capacity to vary in intensity, structure and emphasis over time according to client need;

• consolidate the contract funded programs;

• provide psychosocial supports across NNSW LHD to transition clients towards recovery and to maintain quality of life in the community;

• incorporate mechanisms that ensure culturally appropriate service delivery for Aboriginal clients;

• provide support, in partnership with government and non-government organisations and programs to facilitate engagement and sustainable recovery;

• Increase client’s capacity to navigate and access ‘main stream’ services inclusive of primary care; and

• Implement client centred support across a seven-day week, inclusive of engagement outside traditional 9am – 5pm business hours.
