This Request for Quotation (‘RFQ’) is for Reusable Theatre Gowns, to be used by Health Support Linen Services in NSW at its various laundry facilities.  Details of the desired gown products, and related pricing matters, are contained in the RFQ documentation.

This RFQ has been informed by an earlier Request for Information (RFI) conducted on the 12^th of April 2011. 

A quote is sought for the following three possible quantities of gowns:

·      1 – 250

·      251 – 1,000

·      1001 – 5,000     

NSW Regions: Central West, Far West, Hunter, Illawarra, Mid North Coast, Murray, Murrumbidgee, Northern, North Western, Richmond Tweed, South Eastern, Sydney
States and Territories: ACT

From $30,000.00 to $250,000.00

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender.
