Tender Details

NSW Health invites tenders from organisation to provide electronic devices which will be used to capture patient, carer and staff feedback to assist the department/ward to monitor the implementation of the Improving Patient and Staff Experience (IPSE)program.

The Real/ Near Real Time Evaluation System is an electronic device where patients are asked questions about their experience. Their responses are required to be aggregated and results needs to be available to managers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The Real / Near Real Time Evaluation System will be used to inform staff of their implementation progress by providing data that monitors the patient and staff experience within their ward or unit. .From February 2011 20 hospitals will be offered the opportunity for their Emergency Departments and selected Inpatient Units to participate in the Improving Patient and Staff Experience Program. The IPSE program will use and implement evidence-based tools, tactics and resources and the leaders will be supported and coached.
