NSW Department of Communities and Justice Logo

Here you will find the most recent information about the Department of Justice tendering opportunities. This website lists opportunities that are upcoming, current or closed.

The eTendering website offers a free tender opportunity email notification service. Once you have registered an account on the eTendering website, you can define the kind of opportunities that you are interested in.

The Department of Justice has recently launched Procurement Central which is a new end to end procurement system. Procurement Central will be the platform that the Department of Justice will use for the majority of its sourcing activities. Open tender activities will still be advertised through eTendering website, but access to the tender documentation and submission of responses will be conducted through Procurement Central.

Accordingly, the Department of Justice invites you to proactively register in Procurement Central, which can be accessed here, in order to receive future tender notifications and participate in tender opportunities.
