Request for EOI for Practice Management System for NSW Crown Solicitor's Office - NSW CSO 2015 - 13

The Crown Solicitor's Office (CSO) operates as a Public Service Executive Agency related to the Department of Justice (DJ) with the Crown Solicitor as Head of the agency. The Crown Solicitor provides legal services to the State Government of NSW and the other entities specified under s. 110 of the Legal Profession Act 2004. The CSO is the largest provider of legal services in all matters which are regarded as being core to government functions.

The CSO requires to replace its existing Practice Management System (PMS) which it has used since 2006 to support the management of its legal practice. The management of the CSO's legal matters is tied with the financial management of the legal practice as well as the overall financial management and administration of the CSO. Therefore, one platform for the management of the internal CSO administration, billing, financial management, matter management, diary management, resource management and client management and reporting is required.

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).
