Expression of Interest for Castlereagh Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (WDVCAS) - LEGALAID 2017 - 90

Legal Aid NSW is seeking applications from non-government organisations to auspice a new Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (WDVCAS) in Walgett. The WDVCAS will provide services across Castlereagh Local Area Command (LAC), including at Walgett, Coonamble and Lightning Ridge Local Courts, commencing on 1 July 2017. WDVCASs provide women experiencing domestic violence and their children with information, advocacy, support and referral, particularly in relation to the court process. 

An information session for interested service providers will be held at Walgett RSL at 11:30am on Tuesday 23 May 2017. Written applications must be submitted using the attached template by 11am on Thursday 1 June 2017. No late applications will be accepted.
