TfNSW has a requirement to engage a Professional Services Contractor (PSC) to provide Cost Advisor Services for the Zero Emission Buses (ZEB) Greater Sydney Tranche 1 Project.
The scope of services will include, but is not limited to reviewing proposals, conducting detailed cost reviews from Operators for depot conversions, power grid upgrades, and manufacturers for fleet deliveries within the ZEB Greater Sydney Tranche 1 scope, and providing cost and benchmark reports.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
