WSROC / Provision of Architecture Services - C24-2015

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the role of master planner and architect for the new Animal Holding Facility (AHF) at the Owen Street site, Glendenning.

Council is looking for a suitably qualified consultant to create a detailed master plan and building specification for the AHF. It is anticipated that the process will include:

•           Preparation of a master plan for the site

•           Preparation of a building design and specifications

•           Quantity survey details and costs.
