WSROC / Concreting and Associated Works - T-2015-002

Council is inviting Tenders for the Construction of footpaths, driveways, Kerb and Gutter, traffic facilities and other minor concrete works that arise from Council’s Annual Construction and Maintenance Programmes as and when required.

 

The Work to be executed under this Contract consists of the supply and placement of concrete, finishing including stencilling and any other associated works such as excavation, preparation of foundations, forming up, supply of ready mixed concrete, placement of plain and /or reinforcement reinforced concrete and backfilling in accordance to the attached drawings and specifications.

 

Council will seek to engage a primary Contractor with one to two back up Contractors in times of increased or unforseen demand or if Primary Contractor is unable to complete works in desired timeframes.
