WSROC / Replacement of Vertical Bi-Fold Doors, Blacktown Aquatic Centre - C10-2016

 The works under this contract will generally include:

The removal of  the existing bi-fold doors and replace with hand operated, counter balanced structural grade aluminium framed and glazed vertical bi-fold door system. The project is to be delivered as a Design and Construct (by the Contractor) procurement process, including architectural, engineering and any other design disciplines. Some additional existing doors may be replaced with new vertical bi-fold doors or a structural grade aluminium glazed curtain wall, similar in appearance to the proposed vertical bi-fold doors.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Tenders may be submitted either by use of electronic means via the website, https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/ or by hardcopy form in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box located on the ground floor of Blacktown City Council Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.

Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender briefing meeting and site inspection in order to submit a conforming tender.

Time:   2.00pm.

Place:  Blacktown Aquatic Centre, Boyd Street Blacktown

The meeting will be minuted and the minutes forwarded to all tenderers and shall become part of the tender documents. Tenderers will be required to sign a certificate of attendance at the end of the meeting.
