WSROC / Replacement of Stainless Steel Wire Balustrade with Frameless Glass, Blacktown Leisure Centre - C11/2016

 

The removal of the existing wire strand balustrade system, make good of floor finishes and the replacement installation of a frameless clear toughened laminated glass and stainless steel system. The Tender is a Design and Construct (by the Contractor) procurement process, including architectural, structural engineering, access consultants and any other design disciplines required to complete the works. The Contract Works are to be completed in 3 sequential stages to minimise disruption to the operation of the facility. Optional Works may be awarded by the Principal during the Contract Period.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Tenders may be submitted either by use of electronic means via the website, https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/ or by hardcopy form in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box located on the ground floor of Blacktown City Council Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.

Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender briefing meeting and site inspection in order to submit a conforming tender.
