Council currently manages a property portfolio of two hundred and eighty (280) buildings and facilities includes Child Care Centres, Libraries, Community Centres & Halls and Amenities buildings in public reserves.
The provision of services will be for a period up to 3 years commencing in January 2010.
Tenderer is required to comply with the New South Wales Government’s Code of Practice for the construction industry. The lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.
