Tender Details
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitably experienced and capable companies that wish to be pre-selected to tender for the supply, installation and implementation of a corporate Asset Management Software System including data transfer, training and ongoing support for management of Council controlled assets.
All submissions received will be evaluated against the selection criteria in the EOI document. Council may require companies to give a presentation of their proposed system including a demonstration of a data transfer process of a sample set of Council’s asset data into the proposed system. Council staff may also make site visits to inspect live sites operating the proposed system for the purpose of assisting in the assessment of the system, experience and capacity of the company to fulfil Council’s requirements. Following the evaluation a short list of companies may be invited to submit a tender.
