Tender Details

To engage suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the development of a strategic approach and business case for the future of the Merrylands City Centre, which includes a review of Council’s requirement to accommodate all Council staff in one Civic Centre, as well as the existing elements of the project, to ensure that:

a. The highest and best use is identified for both of Council’s sites (Memorial Avenue carpark and McFarlane Street redevelopment sites)

b. Adequate funds (including developer contributions funds) are available and allocated and

c. Risks are mitigated.
