Tender Details

Council is seeking an experienced Construction Contractor to undertake the refurbishment and upgrade works to the existing amenities block including internal demolition, re-roofing, installation of new windows and repainting.  The works involve the demolition of the existing toilet building and the provision of a new wing to house toilets and a store room. The works also include the upgrading of the existing building for fire protection and the provision of disabled access to the building, all required adjustment, augmentation and connection to existing services on the site as required for the building.

Blue Mountains City Council encourages tenderers to contact the Katoomba Tourist Park Manager to arrange an onsite inspection of the facility.
