Tender Details

Provision of Tree, Garden and Wood Waste Processing Services at Katoomba and Blaxland Resource Recovery & Waste Management Facilities.

The purpose of this contract is to assist Council in the sustainable management of Tree, Garden & Wood Waste delivered to the KRR&WMF and BRR&WMF.  Primarily, the Council is seeking Contractors to process the Tree, Garden & Wood Waste so that the maximum volume of this material (delivered by customers each day) can be re-used to minimise the volume of this valuable organic material being lost to landfill. 

The Council would like to engage an innovative contractor/s that will work in conjunction with Council and the Blue Mountains community to develop and deliver sustainable organic material management services.
