WSROC / Tender for Construction of Gross Pollutant Traps - T-2018-037

For the purposes of this RFT, the 4 individual sites will be tendered in 3 separable parts, being:

Separable part 1: Amy St & Nottinghill Rd, Regents Park

Walters Rd & Nottinghill Rd, Berala

Separable part 2: Edgar St, Auburn

Separable part 3: Everley Rd, Auburn

The Amy St and Walters Rd sites are both within the Carnarvon Golf Club. As such, it is considered that allocating the two sites to a single contractor will allow for efficiencies in administration and construction works.

Tenderers should note that, subject to the tendering process, a tenderer may be awarded any or all of the separable parts.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein.

A more detailed brief of the extent of the works required by Council is set out in Section C - Specification of this tender document.
