Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities to upgrade Council’s Meeting Management system and improve the meeting experience for residents and visitors.
Blacktown City Council currently produces agendas and minutes using a system developed for Lotus Notes.
Tenderers are expected to provide best value for money in the delivery of Council’s meeting management program.
These components are:
Supply and installation of software for the management of Council’s Business Papers including but not limited to Agenda’s and Minutes management and managing the action items and Council resolutions processes.

The Contract term is in two parts. The first part is the supply and installation of software. The second part is the annual maintenance support agreement.
