Tender Details

The purpose of this Request for Tender is for provision of soft beverage at some of Council’s facilities. The contract will also include some fixed annual events and a quote and supply arrangements for ad-hoc events or deliveries. Council reserves the right to select a panel of suppliers or a single supplier.

(Note: this tender excludes the following supply items; alcoholic beverages, hot beverages, dairy beverages, protein and supplement beverages and fresh juice bar products).

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

It is a requirement that all companies intending to submit a response to this RFT attend the pre-tender briefing which will comprise of touring the facilities; the briefing will include an inspection of all the leisure facilities each centre must be attended on this tour. The briefing will commence on Tuesday 25 February 2014 at 10:00am.
