Tender Details

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies for Granville Streetscape Upgrade, Part A – Russell Street. Formal tenders must be submitted by 4:00PM 20 April 2017.

 

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10AM on Thursday 30 March 2017. Venue for meeting is Council’s Auburn Depot located at Auburn Botanical Gardens, corner of Chiswick Road and Chisholm Road, Auburn. Contact Mr. Edward Bourke on (02) 9282 9900 for registration.

 

Tender documentation can be downloaded (free of charge) from the NSW eTendering site which is: https://www.procurepoint.nsw.gov.au/supplying/nswbuy-suppliers/etendering .

 

Responses must be submitted via electronic lodgement on the NSW eTendering site or placed in a sealed envelope endorsed “Tender for T-2017-004 Granville Streetscape Upgrade, Part A – Russell Street” and placed in the tender box located in the foyer on the ground floor of the Merrylands Customer Service Centre, at the address shown below. Submissions via email and fax are not acceptable.

 

Tenderers are required to comply with the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 and the NSW Government Code of Practice and Code of Tendering. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

 

Tenderers and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of tenders immediately after the closing time.
