Tender Details

Building Repair Works at Warrimoo Community Hall - Ely Hawkins Drive, Warrimoo.

The Western external wall of the building has been struck by a vehicle and sustained substantial damage. The wall comprises cavity brick work. The localised area in the outer leaf, around the point of impact has cracked and deflected inwards considerably. The integrity of the wall remains intact with regard to stability.

Inspection of the inner leaf revealed the presence of two fine re-entrant cracks, one from each bottom corner of the window opening near the point of impact. As a result, the structural integrity is unaffected.
