WSROC / Interior Architectural Design Services for the Wentworth Point Library and Community Centre - T-2015-005

Auburn City Council is seeking to engage a Consultant to undertake design, development and documentation for the new Wentworth Point Library and Community Centre located within in a new residential flat building development known as Block B at 3 Burroway Road, Wentworth Point.

 

The new Wentworth Point Library and Community Centre has a total floor area of 3,200sqm and occupies a portion of the ground level and first level of the building. The proposal also includes 10 parking spaces in the basement and the opportunity to utilise in any potential design the north facing public square

 

Council has undertaken extensive community consultation and has a good understanding of the needs of this growing and changing area. This Consultant Brief outlines the project scope and the schedule of services.
