Tender Details

Council proposes to replace the Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre building destroyed by fire in 2015. Expressions of Interest are called from Architectural Consultants to provide consultancy services for this project.

This Expression of Interest seeks to identify suitably qualified and experienced Architectural consultants to provide integrated professional services for the proposed Neighbourhood Centre.

Council envisage a building of 600m2, based on the layout of the original neighbourhood centre, to accommodate the following activities:

The scope includes:

Foyer, information, exhibition area

Large multi-purpose hall (200 people)

2 Offices

Meeting room

Outdoor areas

Carpark or use of existing carpark

Landscaping and site embellishment

All EOI submissions in strict requirements of this brief and registration form must be submitted as a HARDCOPY in a sealed envelope and addressed 'Expression of Interest – Proposed Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre' .Submission in CD format should also be enclosed. EOI submissions must be lodged in HARDCOPY the Tender Box on the Ground Floor of the Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown, by 12 noon Wednesday 22 June 2016.
