WSROC / Pest Control Services - C10/2017

This tender is for Contract No. 10 / 2017 – Pest control for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates, subject to Rise and Fall in costs after a specified period has elapsed (refer to Special Conditions Clause SC2).

The Services under this contract include the control and eradication of pests including spiders, crawling insects, rodents, bees, wasps, fleas, termites and birds occurring in both outdoor and indoor situations.  This may include, but not limited to, the application of pesticides by spraying, puddling, gaseous fumigation and the use of baits, foams, gels, granules, powders or fogs.

You will only carry out work under this contract that is issued to you by the Controlling officer or officers of the Principal. 

You must ensure the public is notified of the use of pesticides in accordance with Blacktown City Council Pesticide 

All pest management technicians carrying out the services in this Contract must have a current EPA license or current Certificate of Competency issued by WorkCover NSW and an AQF Level 3, or equivalent, qualification in pest control.

All pest inspection reports must be submitted electronically, in Adobe pdf format together with photographic evidence.

Council reserves the right to award the contract or any portion of it to one tenderer or several tenderers.
