Tender Details

This tender is for Contract No. 14 / 2017 – Sewer Adjustment Proposed Jerralong Drive Schofields for Blacktown City Council. The method of payment will be Lump Sum. Rise and Fall in costs is not included.

Tenderers need to be accredited Sydney Water constructors for S1 works.

Carry out the works under this contract in accordance with Case No.150810WW and Sydney Water requirements to allow the section of the proposed Jerralong Drive to ber filled and compacted:

• Concrete encasing of 91.6m of DN300 uPVC (A – B) and 26.4m of DN225 uPVC (B – C). This is an amendment to Note 8 on Case No. 150810WW drawing.

• Raise an existing manhole 0.59m at B

• Construct a manhole over an existing maintenance shaft 2.63m high at A

• Construct a manhole over an existing maintenance shaft 5.00m high between A and B

The works need to be coordinated with council’s Superintendent’s Representative and the road and earthworks contractor.

This is a formal tender, not a quotation. Tenders will not be considered if you include your own conditions.

All tendered rates shall exclude GST.

 

All lump sum prices shall be include GST.

Conditions for Participation

A conforming tender must comply with the following:

a)    Have current SI accreditation with Sydney Water

b)    The requirements of the Conditions of Tendering 

c)    All formal tender submission documents completed in full and included in your tender submission, together with all relevant verification documentation

d)    Your tender must not include any of your own conditions or provisions

e)    Your work health and safety system must comply with the NSW WHS Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2011

 

f)     Wages must be paid in accordance with a federal modern award relevant to the works carried out under the contract, or a registered enterprise agreement that complies with the Fair Work Act 2009 covering employees used for the works under this contract.
