Blacktown City Council seek a Tender being a fees proposal from Interior Architects for the design and documentation of office refurbishment of four floors of the Blacktown City Council Civic Centre.
Blacktown City Council is located at The Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown. The building is a concrete structure and currently council chambers, offices and information centre occupy the entire building. Following a restructure of the administrative staff, Council require personnel to reorganised within the building and at the same time refurbish the interiors office space to improve the quality of space for staff and visitors.
