Tender Details
The works under this contract include installation of irrigation and drainage on existing and new sports-fields.
Projects for construction of new fields or reconstruction of existing fields will be issued as and when required based on the Council’s Annual Program of Works and associated funding approved for these projects. Any project for amplification or maintenance of existing field irrigation and/or drainage works will be issued as and when required under Council’s maintenance program.
Design of any changes to Council’s standard field irrigation and drainage, or any non-standard fields will be issued as required to meet any program of future works. It is intended to create a list of design consultants capable of performing these work

The contract will be for a term of three (3) years. Two additional extensions are possible, each of one (1) year duration, but these depend on satisfactory performance and/or compliance with the conditions of contract.
After the (3) years has expired, either party may withdraw from this contract by giving three (3) months’ notice in writing. However, the Contractor will remain responsible for any works performed until the expiry of the Defects Liability Period for those works.
Tenderers must submit tenders only by uploading electronically to the eTender box on the website, https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc.
Tenderers must submit tenders before the closing time and date indicated in the advertisement and stated on the front cover of these tender documents. Council will not accept late tenders.
Council will not accept the submission of tenders by facsimile or email.
