Blue Mountains City Council is seeking Consultancy Services for design development (whole building), preparation and lodgement of documents for a DA followed by construction documentation for Construction Certificate (whole building), Tender and construction for Stage 1 alterations and additions to Echo Point Visitor Information Centre, Katoomba NSW.
