The new development is a split level design with a car parking area located down-slope and beneath the childcare centre with lift and stair access to the main level.  The childcare centre is a pitched roof design with a combination of external finishes including blockwork, colorbond panels, painted panels and metal roof sheeting which offers a modern design reflective of the nature of the centre.
