Tender Details

Council wishes to replace the Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One, Infor Pathway (Including Customer Request Management and Facility Bookings) and Technology One Performance Planning applications with one integrated application that will provide high quality, efficient and effective integrated applications that support business processes and enhance the strategic decision making capability of Auburn City Council. The new application will include Human Resources, Time and Attendance and Enterprise Asset Management.

The overall project objective is to obtain a fully functional solution that covers the entire range of functions undertaken by Local Government in NSW and that will meet the organisation’s immediate needs and be flexible enough to meet the future demands of the organisation.

The new system should:

  • achieve a fully integrated solution across all key corporate applications, which embodies the principle of data entry once only into the solution
  • provide a central repository for all relevant application-related data
  • use workflow functionality to appropriately automate defined business processes
  • enable a better decision-making process when planning for performance improvement
  • integrate business processes across departments
  • provide improved and more customized reporting
  • facilitate compliance with all relevant laws, policies, standards and guidelines applicable to the State of New South Wales, particularly the Department of Local Government’s framework for Integrated Planning and Reporting.
