WSROC / SURFACE TREATMENT OF ROADS - 10/2014

This tender  for Contract No.10/ 2014 – Surface Treatment of Roads for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates, subject to Rise and Fall in costs after a specified period has elapsedt will generally include:

• Crack sealing of Asphaltic/Bituminous road surfaces

• Rejuvenation of Asphaltic/Bituminous road surfaces

• Brooming (mechanical and manual) and cleaning of all surfaces prior to application of above treatments.

• Carrying out permeability tests and skid resistance tests

• Supply, preparation and application of all materials in accordance with technical requirements for each type of treatment.

• Provision of satisfactory traffic control and sediment control during the work..

• Removal and disposal of any excess material from roads after the completion of treatment.

All works will be within the Blacktown City Council area.
