Tender Details

Blue Mountains City Council through this Request for Tender (RFT) is seeking the services of suitably qualified contractors interested in being placed on the Council’s Integrated Environmental Management Services Works Program Panel. There will be three separate panels being formed through this RFT.  These will be Natural Area Management panel, Natural Area Visitor Facilities Panel and Tree Management panel.

It is the tenderers responsibility to ensure tenders are lodged on time. Failure to meet these submission requirements may render the submission invalid in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005.

Tenderers must provide:

( a )Completed Tender Return Schedules (see assessment criteria); and

( b )Supporting documentation that the Proponent wishes to submit (if any).

If tenderers have any problem in accessing the Electronic Tender Box or uploading a tender they must contact the contact officer prior to Closing Time.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time for tender lodgement, including time that may be required for any problem analysis and resolution with Council’s Apet 360Pro portal prior to the Closing Time. Please ensure you make yourself aware of Council’s Apet 360Pro portal process (360Pro Providers Quick reference Guide is attached) if you are not familiar with it. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation e-mail after the tender has been submitted. If you don’t receive this confirmation e-mail it is likely that your tender has not been successfully submitted.

Conditions for Participation

The Conditions for Participation are mandatory requirements, which describe minimum standards that Proponents must meet for their submissions to be considered. If Proponents do not meet the Conditions of Participation, they will be excluded from the evaluation process.

 

The Conditions for Participation are:

 

Proponents must be an acceptable legal entity. It is Council’s policy not to trade with any organisation that does not hold a registered ABN;

 

Proponents must not be bankrupt or insolvent;

 

Proponents must declare and provide details of any occurrence, within 5 years, where they have been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation; and

 

All Proponents must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Procurement, which can be found at the following link.
