Tender Details
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified persons or firms to provide training to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and not-for-profit organisations (NFPs) operating within areas where work on the National Broadband Network (NBN) has already commenced to understand how they can maximise the opportunities from greater digital engagement, enabled by the NBN. Key performance indicators (KPIs) for Digital Enterprise Program are:
- Use of Digital Enterprise services by SMEs and NFPs
- Increase the range and scope of online activities by SMEs and NFPs
- Increase understanding of the benefit and opportunities presented by the NBN
- Increase organisational performance such as efficiency, productivity, revenue, access to target markets and other improvements to organisational performance
Group training will be delivered at a Council facility and one-on-one (one trainer to one business will be delivered at business premise. The geographic boundary for training is the Auburn City Local Government Area, including Auburn, Berala, Lidcombe, Newington, Regents Park, Silverwater and Wentworth Point.
