The aim of this Plan is to establish the ground work and site utilisation and commercial objectives for the long term use, management and commercially sustainable outcomes for the site.
It is expected that this Plan will include a masterplan which will be a conceptual roadmap for the future sustainability of the entire Estate. It is also expected that this Plan will recommend uses which will lead to financial and environmental viability in the future and which are compatible with the heritage qualities of the site.
