WSROC / EOI for Provision and Operation of Adventure Sports Facility - C29/2012 - Adventure Sports Facility

This EOI seeks to identify the most suitable proponents, as well as the most suitable location, designs and activities.  It also seeks to understand the potential impacts of any proposal in terms of land area, traffic and environmental impacts, and the strategies proposed to control any identified impacts. 

The proposed project shall consist of:
a) Location identification:
• Identification of potential sites suitable for the proposal
b) Design of Facility:
• Designs of facility, site and programs to be held
• Information on the impacts to the reserve of the design and how these are to be addressed
c) Construction of the Facility:
• Illustrated in a program of works showing dates of mile stones   in the construction process
d) Operation of the Facility:
• An indicative operation plan for the proposed facility
• Programs and community access business plan for the proposed facility
• Potential diary of events
