This contract is for the Construction of the PROPOSED GLENWOOD COMMUNITY RESOURCE HUB, Integrating with the existing neighbourhood Centre in Glenwood. The existing Neighbourhood Centre is located at 72, Glenwood Park Drive adjacent to the Woolworths Supermarket.
The proposed development will include following,
- Foyer, Information, exhibition area
- Large Multi Purpose Hall
- Counselling Rooms
- Offices
- Multipurpose activity Rooms
- Cafe
The works to be undertaken by the Contractor associated with the construction of above buildings includes:
- All preliminaries
- Excavation and Piering
- Structure
- Building Services (Electrical)
- Steelwork
- Timber work and roofing
- Internal Floor (tile) finishes
- Paving & Landscaping adjacent to the proposed buildings
- Associated Site Works
